On 7.8.2010 the second edition of the Battle of Vavrišovo reconstruction took place in the village of Vavrišovo near Liptovský Hrádok. The organisers aim to commemorate the historical events that happened in the area and, through the reconstruction, attract more visitors to the village and its surroundings. Throughout the event there are battle shows, a folk fair, concerts by bands and more. There are also many refreshment stalls at the event.
